Blue Flame Games ("BFG", "we", "us") builds privacy-first iOS apps. This policy covers both the bfgapps.co website and all BFG apps available on the Apple App Store.

1. Website — bfgapps.co

What we collect

This website does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not use third-party tracking scripts such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure anonymous page views. Cloudflare Web Analytics:

• Does not set any cookies
• Does not store personal data or IP addresses
• Does not track users across sites
• Does not use fingerprinting
• Collects only: page URL, referrer, browser type, country (derived from IP at the edge, then discarded), and page load performance

Because no cookies or personal data are involved, no cookie consent banner is required under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or the ePrivacy Directive.

Hosting

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages and served through Cloudflare DNS. GitHub and Cloudflare may process server logs (including IP addresses) as part of standard infrastructure operations. See GitHub's privacy statement and Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

2. BFG Apps

The following applies to all apps published by Blue Flame Games on the Apple App Store, including Arithmetix, Cognithix, Kanesh, Sparks Studios, and PaceGrid.

Data collection

Our apps collect no personal data. Specifically:

• No accounts — no email, name, or login is required
• No analytics — no usage telemetry is sent to any server
• No advertising — no ads, no ad networks, no ad identifiers
• No third-party SDKs that collect data
• No network requests — apps function fully offline

On-device processing

All data generated by our apps (progress, settings, content created by the user) is stored locally on the device using Apple's standard frameworks (Core Data, UserDefaults). This data:

• Never leaves the device
• Is never uploaded to any server
• Is included in the user's iCloud or iTunes backup if they have backups enabled (controlled by the user's own Apple settings)
• Is deleted when the app is uninstalled

Children's privacy

Several of our apps are designed for children. Because our apps collect no personal data and make no network requests, they comply with:

• The UK Age Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code)
• The US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
• Apple's guidelines for Kids Category apps

No parental consent is required because no data is collected.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

Some apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions through Apple's App Store. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive your name, email, or payment details. See Apple's privacy policy for how Apple handles purchase data.

3. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. Because we do not collect any personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete.
