What it does

A complete tracker for runs, rides, walks and hikes — with smart training-load monitoring and standard exports, built so your workout history stays yours.

GPS run, ride, walk & hike

Track any outdoor activity with real-time pace, distance and heart rate from your Apple Watch or iPhone.

Apple Watch independent GPS

Leave your phone at home. PaceGrid records directly from your wrist with full GPS tracking.

Injury Guard

A training-load monitor that watches your acute-to-chronic workload ratio and flags when you're ramping up too fast.

Heat warnings

Before a run, Injury Guard can warn you when conditions are dangerously hot — powered by the Cloudmesh weather network, so you can adjust your plan before you head out.

Strava sync

Share individual workouts to Strava when you choose. Nothing uploads automatically.

GPX & FIT export

Export any workout in standard formats compatible with virtually any fitness platform.

Works offline

No internet connection needed. Your watch and GPS are all it takes to log a session.

Works with your smart ring

Pair an affordable Colmi-family smart ring straight from PaceGrid — no separate ring app, no account, and nothing ever leaves your phone. Your ring's vitals and sleep show up automatically on a dedicated Device tab, with day charts and weekly trends.

All-day vitals

Heart rate, blood oxygen, stress and HRV, read straight from the ring and shown with day charts and a 7-day trend — recovery signals you can actually use before a hard session.

Sleep, properly

A sleep score, the stage breakdown, and a hypnogram you can drag across with your finger to see exactly what happened and when — plus a 7-night trend.

Skin temperature

Your overnight skin temperature, shown as a trend against your own typical range so you can spot the nights you ran warmer or cooler.

Direct & private

PaceGrid talks to the ring over Bluetooth itself — no cloud, no login. You can use it alongside Cyla on the same phone.

Supported rings

Tested: COLMI R09. Compatible (same family, not individually tested): COLMI R02, R03, R06, R10 and most rings that pair without their own app. Heart rate and blood oxygen are confirmed across the family; sleep accuracy varies by model.

How to pair

1 · Charge it

Give the ring a few minutes on its charger so it has power to connect.

2 · Quit the ring's own app

If you used the official ring app, fully close it. You can keep PaceGrid and Cyla paired at the same time — just don't sync in two apps at the same moment.

3 · Turn on Bluetooth

Make sure Bluetooth is on and PaceGrid is allowed to use it.

4 · Open Smart Ring

On the Training tab, open the Smart Ring screen and tap Scan with the ring next to your phone.

5 · Tap your ring

Choose your ring from the list to connect. PaceGrid remembers it for next time.

6 · Wear it

Wear it day and night — heart rate is a tap away and sleep syncs automatically when you reopen the app.
