Sparks Studios is a creative platform for children aged 4-12, offering tools for stories, drawing, and music. AI features run locally on your device. No internet connection is needed for core functionality.
Sparks Studios offers a Family Premium subscription, available as monthly or annual plans. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
All creations remain your property. We make no ownership or licensing claims over user-created content. Content is stored locally and is never transmitted.
AI features use on-device models with content safety filtering. AI may occasionally produce unexpected output. Parental review is encouraged.
Sparks Studios collects no personal data. There are no analytics, advertising, or tracking. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The app, its design, code, AI models, the Sparky character, sound loops, and stickers are protected by intellectual property laws.
Sparks Studios is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We exclude liability for indirect damages. Our total liability is capped at the amounts you have paid in the prior 12 months.
We may revise these terms. Revised dates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
