By downloading or using PhotoGuessr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. Entertainment Only
PhotoGuessr is a game intended for family entertainment. Distances and scores shown in the game are for play only and are not navigation or survey information.
2. Free to Use
PhotoGuessr is free. It has no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising.
3. Your Photos
The game uses photos from your own photo library, with your permission. You are responsible for the photos you choose to play with and for what you show to the people playing with you. Photos are read on your device and are not uploaded or copied by the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Local Data
Player names, the family roster and game history are stored locally on your device. If the app is deleted or device backups are unavailable, this data may be lost.
5. Intellectual Property
PhotoGuessr, including its artwork, design and code, is owned by Blue Flame Games or its licensors. Your photos remain yours. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
6. Disclaimer
PhotoGuessr is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Blue Flame Games is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Place names and maps are provided by Apple and may not always be accurate.
7. Changes
We may update the app and these Terms over time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
