Privacy Policy

Nitro Metro is an arcade street racing game for iPhone and iPad by Blue Flame Games. The short version: Nitro Metro does not collect any data about you. There are no Nitro Metro accounts, no third-party ads, no analytics and no tracking. You can play the whole game offline. If you choose to race friends online, that goes through Apple's Game Center (see Multiplayer below).

Data We Collect

None. Blue Flame Games does not collect, store, transmit or receive any personal information or usage data from Nitro Metro.

Data Stored on Your Device

To remember your progress, the game saves the following locally on your iPhone or iPad. It never leaves your device and we never see it:

• Career progress, such as regions unlocked and crew bosses beaten
• Coins, your garage of cars, upgrades and the custom looks you give them
• Your race records and statistics, such as top speed and best drift score
• Your in-game settings
• Which optional purchases are unlocked

Purchases

Nitro Metro is free to play. Optional in-app purchases (the Coin Stack coin pack, the permanent Double Coins upgrade, the Neon Underglow and Premium Paint Finishes cosmetic packs, and four World Tour continent packs) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, Apple Account details or payment card information. Apple's own privacy policy applies to those transactions.

Multiplayer

Nitro Metro can be played with friends in two ways. Nearby races connect iPhones and iPads directly to each other over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and need no internet connection. Online races (Quick Match and Race Friends) are provided by Apple's Game Center, under Apple's privacy policy and your own Game Center settings. Blue Flame Games runs no servers for Nitro Metro and does not receive your Game Center account, your matches or anything else from them. There is no chat and nothing is typed in the game. In nearby races, players are shown under a driver tag picked from a list. In online races, players are shown by their Game Center name. During an online race, the other players' devices see your Game Center name and your car and position in that race, and nothing is kept after the race.

What We Do Not Do

• No third-party advertising (the billboards in the game's cities show posters for our own games; they can't be tapped and send nothing anywhere)
• No analytics services
• No third-party SDKs
• No tracking, advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking
• No Nitro Metro accounts, sign-in or player profiles (online races use your Apple Game Center account, which Apple manages)
• No sale or sharing of personal data

Apple Services

Apple may process App Store activity and device diagnostics under your own device settings and Apple's privacy policy. That data is handled by Apple, not by Nitro Metro.

Children

Because Nitro Metro collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.

Deleting Your Data

Deleting Nitro Metro removes its locally stored game data from your device, subject to your normal iOS and iCloud backup settings.

Emailing Us

If you contact us for support, we receive only what you choose to include in your email and use it to reply. Please don't send passwords or payment details.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
