By downloading or using Minua, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Minua is a parental screen time management tool. It is intended to be set up by a parent or guardian on a child's device. It is not a substitute for parental supervision.
Minua offers a 7-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial period, a one-time in-app purchase is required to continue using the app. The purchase is processed via the Apple App Store. Apple's refund policies apply.
Minua uses Apple's Screen Time API to monitor app usage and restrict access. These controls depend on Apple's frameworks and may be affected by iOS updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of device restrictions.
All data is stored locally on your device. Minua does not maintain server-based backups. You are responsible for protecting your device through passcodes and iOS security. If the app is deleted, all stored information is permanently lost with no recovery option.
While Minua uses Apple's built-in Screen Time frameworks, no software-based restriction is entirely bypass-proof. Minua is designed as an aid for parents, not a security system.
Minua and its creators are not liable for any actions taken by children while using or circumventing the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
