How do I add a child profile?

Open the parent area and use the Add Child flow. Each child profile stores its own progress.

How do I restore my purchase?

Use Restore Purchase in the app. Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Why does progress sometimes appear delayed?

The app can cache progress locally and sync when connectivity is available.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email blueflamegames@proton.me from your account email and request deletion.

What data stays only on device?

Mascot state, character customisation, challenge state, Wonder Trail progress, and learning-plan rationale text all remain on device only.
