No. Cognithix has no accounts and no sign-in. A parent PIN protects the parent area, purchases and external links.
Use Restore Purchase in the app, on a device using the same Apple ID you bought it with.
Tap “Forgot PIN?” on the PIN screen and enter the recovery code you were shown when you set your PIN. You'll then choose a new PIN and get a new recovery code — keep it somewhere safe. If this device never had a recovery code (for example, you set your PIN in an older version), a grown-up can reset the PIN by answering a maths question instead.
No. Progress is saved on the device as your child practises, with no internet connection needed. Each device keeps its own progress. Your purchase works on every device signed in to the same Apple ID.
Everything Cognithix stores is on your device. To remove one child, delete their profile in the parent area; to remove everything, uninstall the app. If you used an earlier version that asked you to sign in, email blueflamegames@proton.me to have the data held for that version deleted.
