By downloading or using Mittenly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. Entertainment Only
Mittenly is a puzzle game intended for entertainment.
2. Free Levels and Purchase
The first 40 levels and the Daily Mitten are free. Mittenly Forever is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks endless levels. Purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store's terms, including its refund policy. There are no subscriptions and no advertising.
3. Local Data
Your progress, homes, cats and settings are stored locally on your device. If the app is deleted or device backups are unavailable, this progress may be lost. A purchase can always be restored from your Apple Account.
4. Intellectual Property
Mittenly, including its artwork, music, design and code, is owned by Blue Flame Games or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
5. Disclaimer
Mittenly is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Blue Flame Games is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
6. Changes
We may update the app and these Terms over time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
