Mittenly is a cozy yarn puzzle game for iPhone and iPad by Blue Flame Games. The short version: Mittenly does not collect any data about you. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and the game needs no internet connection to play.

Data We Collect

None. Blue Flame Games does not collect, store, transmit or receive any personal information or usage data from Mittenly. We run no servers for the app.

Data Stored on Your Device

To remember your progress, Mittenly saves the following locally on your iPhone or iPad. It never leaves your device and we never see it:

• The mittens you have knitted, your stars and your Daily Mitten streak
• Your homes, furniture, cats, bows and cat friendship
• Your settings, such as sound, music, haptics and colour patterns

Purchases

Mittenly offers one optional in-app purchase, Mittenly Forever, which unlocks endless levels. You can buy it from the shop on the home screen or in Settings, or when you finish the free levels. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details or Apple Account. The app checks your purchase with Apple on your device so it can unlock the levels and restore them on your other devices.

The game includes a screen listing our other apps, reached from the home screen and Settings, never during play. The list itself is bundled inside the app. When you open that screen, Mittenly may ask Apple's App Store, at most once a week, for the current names and icons of those apps, so they stay up to date. The request contains only our apps' App Store numbers and your country or region; it contains nothing about you, and we never see it. If you tap an app, the App Store's own overlay opens and Apple handles it under Apple's privacy policy.

Sharing

If you choose to share a picture of a finished mitten, the image is made on your device and handed to the standard iOS share sheet. Where it goes is up to you; Mittenly does not send it anywhere itself.

Ratings

Mittenly may occasionally ask you to rate it using Apple's standard rating prompt. Apple controls whether it appears, and any rating you leave is handled by Apple.

What We Do Not Do

• No subscriptions
• No analytics services or crash reporting
• No third-party SDKs
• No tracking, advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking
• No accounts or sign-in
• No sale or sharing of personal data

Apple Services

Apple may process App Store activity, purchases and device diagnostics under your own device settings and Apple's privacy policy. That data is handled by Apple, not by Mittenly.

Children

Mittenly is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either. The purchase screen is behind a simple grown-up check.

Deleting Your Data

Deleting Mittenly removes its locally stored progress from your device, subject to your normal iOS and iCloud backup settings. A purchase stays with your Apple Account and can be restored at any time.

Emailing Us

If you contact us for support, we receive only what you choose to include in your email and use it to reply. Please don't send passwords or payment details.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
