By downloading or using Cyla, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Cyla is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. The app should not replace professional medical guidance or serve as contraception.
Predictions are statistical estimates. They may be inaccurate, especially with limited data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you log. Incomplete records will compromise results.
All data is stored locally on your device. Cyla does not maintain server-based backups. You are responsible for protecting your device through passcodes and iOS security. If the app is deleted, all stored information is permanently lost with no recovery option.
Premium features are available through a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple's App Store. Apple's refund policies apply.
Cyla and its creators are not liable for any health decisions made based on the app's predictions or insights. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
