Custoda is a tracking and reminder tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary or pharmaceutical advice. Ingredient and allergen data may be incomplete or out of date. Always read the product packaging and consult a qualified professional. You are responsible for your own health decisions.
Custoda is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that product data, expiry estimates or allergen checks are accurate or complete.
Your data stays on your device, except for the optional household sharing and saved-recipe sync, which go through your own iCloud account (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for backups; uninstalling the app deletes the data stored on your device.
The premium unlock is a one-time purchase processed by the Apple App Store, subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple.
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
