A single non-recurring in-app purchase through Apple App Store unlocks full access. The displayed price is the total — no subscription or recurring fees apply. Content remains permanently available on devices signed to the same Apple ID.
Apple processes all payments and handles refunds per their policy. Alex Ghita has no control over payment or refund decisions.
All App content — curriculum, artwork, sound, code, name, and logo — belongs to Alex Ghita. These Terms grant no ownership rights.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement. No guarantees exist regarding error-free operation, uninterrupted service, or suitability for specific educational needs.
Liability is limited to the purchase amount. Alex Ghita bears no responsibility for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.
Breaching these Terms results in licence termination. You must cease use and delete all copies. Sections 5, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
England and Wales law governs these Terms. Disputes resolve in English and Welsh courts exclusively.
Updates occur periodically with material changes communicated via app updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
