Bellgrave Holdout stores your character training, rescued-person totals, game progress and settings locally on your device. Blue Flame Games does not receive this data. Gameplay does not require an account or internet connection.
Apple processes the optional permanent full-game unlock using your App Store account. The game checks signed purchase entitlements to unlock content and restore ownership. Blue Flame Games does not receive your payment details. After some playtime following purchase, the game may request Apple’s review prompt in the main menu or pause menu. A local record limits repeated requests.
The More Games menu contains a bundled catalog of Blue Flame Games apps. Selecting an app opens Apple’s App Store overlay. Apple handles those requests under its own privacy policy. When you open that menu, the game may also ask Apple’s public App Store lookup, at most once a week, for the current names and icons of the listed apps; the request contains only those App Store numbers and your device’s region. The game does not send your character progress to Apple or to us.
The game does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs or tracking. This support website uses Cloudflare’s cookie-free web analytics, separately from the game.
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to answer your request. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
Deleting the app removes its locally stored data. Device backups are managed by Apple and your device settings.
