By downloading or using Monsoon Rush, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. Entertainment Only
Monsoon Rush is an arcade game intended for entertainment. Its crews, characters and cars are fictional, and its places are stylised. Nothing in the game is driving advice. Never race on real roads.
2. Purchases
Monsoon Rush is free to play. Optional in-app purchases (a consumable coin pack, a permanent double-coins upgrade and two cosmetic packs) are processed by Apple. Prices are shown in the App Store before you confirm. Apple's payment and refund policies apply. Everything available to buy, other than cosmetics, can also be earned by racing.
3. Local Progress
Game progress, including coins earned or bought, is stored locally on your device. If the app is deleted or device backups are unavailable, progress may be lost. Permanent purchases can be restored through Apple; locally stored progress cannot.
4. Fair Play
Do not tamper with app data, device time or purchase flows to gain unfair progress.
5. Intellectual Property
Monsoon Rush, including its artwork, characters and design, is owned by Blue Flame Games or its licensors. Music is used under licence. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the game except as permitted by law.
6. Disclaimer
Monsoon Rush is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Blue Flame Games is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
7. Changes
We may update the game and these Terms over time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
