Hollowstead is a farm and survival game for iPhone and iPad by Blue Flame Games. The short version: Hollowstead does not collect any data about you. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and the game needs no internet connection to play.

Data We Collect

None. Blue Flame Games does not collect, store, transmit or receive any personal information or usage data from Hollowstead. We run no servers for the game.

Data Stored on Your Device

To remember your game, Hollowstead saves the following locally on your iPhone or iPad. It never leaves your device and we never see it:

• Your farm, buildings, crops, pack and coins
• Your story progress, the choices you made and how the people of the valley feel about you
• Your survivor, your dog's name, the mode you chose and your settings

Character Lines

On devices that support it, some of what the characters say is worded on your device by the system's built-in language features. This happens entirely on your iPhone or iPad. Nothing you do is sent anywhere, and you never type anything in.

Purchases

The first chapter of Hollowstead is free. One optional in-app purchase, The Full Hollowstead, unlocks the rest of the story, every mode and the whole of the Callow Deep. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details or Apple Account. The game checks your purchase with Apple on your device so it can unlock the game and restore it on your other devices.

Ratings

Hollowstead may occasionally ask you to rate it using Apple's standard rating prompt. Apple controls whether it appears, and any rating you leave is handled by Apple.

What We Do Not Do

• No advertising of any kind
• No subscriptions
• No analytics services or crash reporting
• No third-party SDKs
• No tracking, advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking
• No accounts or sign-in
• No sale or sharing of personal data

Apple Services

Apple may process App Store activity, purchases and device diagnostics under your own device settings and Apple's privacy policy. That data is handled by Apple, not by Hollowstead.

Children

Hollowstead is rated for ages 12 and up. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.

Deleting Your Data

Deleting Hollowstead removes its locally stored game from your device, subject to your normal iOS and iCloud backup settings. A purchase stays with your Apple Account and can be restored at any time from the game's unlock screen.

Emailing Us

If you contact us for support, we receive only what you choose to include in your email and use it to reply. Please don't send passwords or payment details.
