PingNear is a discovery app that surfaces nearby restaurants, activities, and experiences. It aggregates information from third-party data providers. PingNear does not operate, manage, or guarantee any venue or activity listed in the app.
Place information, ratings, photos, and activity listings are provided by third-party services including Foursquare and Viator. PingNear does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or currency of this information. Opening hours, prices, availability, and ratings may change without notice.
Bookings made through PingNear are processed by external providers (OpenTable, TheFork, Viator, and others). PingNear is not a party to any transaction between you and a booking provider. Cancellation, refund, and dispute policies are governed by the booking provider's own terms.
Community votes are anonymous and represent individual opinions. PingNear does not verify voter identity or visit history. Vote counts and approval ratios are informational and should not be the sole basis for any decision.
PingNear requires location access to function. Location data is used only for search queries and is not stored or transmitted to Blue Flame Games. You may use the app with a manually set location instead.
PingNear is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Blue Flame Games is not liable for any loss, injury, or disappointment arising from reliance on information displayed in the app, including inaccurate opening hours, outdated prices, or unavailable bookings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
