PingNear is designed to help you discover places and activities nearby. This policy explains what data is used and how.
PingNear uses your device location to search for nearby restaurants, activities, and experiences. Your coordinates are sent to third-party data providers (Foursquare, Viator) as part of the search request. These providers receive only your approximate location and return matching results. PingNear does not store your location history.
All local data is encrypted via iOS storage when your device locks.
PingNear includes an anonymous community voting feature. Votes are submitted to a server operated by Blue Flame Games. No personal information, device identifier, or location is attached to votes. Votes cannot be traced back to individual users.

These services receive your approximate location as part of each search. They do not receive any personal information from PingNear. Each provider's own privacy policy governs how they handle search requests.
When you book a restaurant or activity through PingNear, you are redirected to the booking provider's website. PingNear may include an affiliate identifier in the link. No personal data is shared with booking providers by PingNear.
All local data is deleted when you uninstall the app. Community votes already submitted cannot be recalled, as they are anonymous and not linked to your device.
