By downloading or using Lifecart ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

Blue Flame Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lifecart on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Mature content

Lifecart is rated 17+ and includes a "Spicy" humor mode with adult, crude, and dark comedy. By using Spicy mode you confirm you are of appropriate age. A family-friendly "Tame" mode is also available.

User-created content

Lifecart lets you create and share custom card packs. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share, and for ensuring it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law. Do not create or share content that is illegal, hateful, or harassing.

Purchases

Lifecart offers an optional one-time purchase, "Lifecart Plus." All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Flame Games disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
