A read-only Metabase companion that runs on your device
Dashpocket is built to keep your data yours. Everything runs on your device. There is no Blue Flame Games server — the app talks directly to your own Metabase instance over HTTPS. We cannot see your dashboards, your numbers, or your credentials.
Dashpocket connects directly to the Metabase instance you point it at. Your data travels between your phone and your own Metabase over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Blue Flame Games operates no backend for this app and never receives, stores, or processes your business data.
This information never leaves your device except as the direct, encrypted requests your app makes to your own Metabase, and the public news searches described below.
The AI briefings and explanations are generated entirely on your device. Your numbers are never sent off the phone to be summarised or analysed by us or anyone else.
The News module lets you follow subjects — such as your industry, competitors, or topics you care about — and read relevant public news headlines in the app. The subjects you type are stored on your device. When you load news, your subject is sent only as a search query to a standard public news search so that headlines can be returned. Blue Flame Games never sees the subjects you follow.
Smart alerts are delivered as local notifications, computed on your device from data you have already loaded. No server is involved in deciding what to alert you about.
The free trial, one-time unlock, and optional supporter tier are processed entirely through the Apple App Store. No payment or financial details reach Dashpocket or Blue Flame Games.
You can disconnect your Metabase instance and clear cached data from within the app. Uninstalling Dashpocket removes all locally stored data, including your Keychain credentials, cached data, followed subjects, and settings.
Dashpocket is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Metabase. “Metabase” is a trademark of Metabase, Inc.
