Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 May 2026
By installing or using MeetingMind, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
MeetingMind grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
You may use MeetingMind to record meetings and conversations to which you are a party, in accordance with applicable law in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent or legal basis to record any conversation. Recording laws vary; some jurisdictions require all-party consent. You are solely responsible for compliance with the recording laws that apply to you and the meeting.
MeetingMind uses an on-device AI model to generate summaries, action items, decisions, and chat responses based on your meeting transcript. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated notes before relying on them, sharing them, or using them as a record of what was decided.
MeetingMind does not collect any personal data. Recording, transcription, and AI processing all run on your device. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled through Apple's standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.
MeetingMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Flame Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of MeetingMind, including loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on AI-generated content.
This licence is effective until terminated. We may terminate the licence if you breach these Terms. On termination, you must uninstall the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through an in-app message or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
