Why is MeetingMind a larger download than typical apps?

Everything the app needs to process meetings ships inside the App Store download itself, including the on-device AI. No separate fetch after install, no network traffic ever. The trade-off: a larger initial install, but zero "first launch waiting" once the App Store finishes — and a privacy story that's actually verifiable.

Can I record without internet?

Yes — always, immediately. MeetingMind doesn't make a single network request after install. You can record and process meetings on a plane, in a basement, on a yacht with no signal — every feature works the same.

Is the audio uploaded anywhere?

No. Recording, transcription, and AI summarisation all happen on your iPhone. There is no server.

How long can I record?

Long-form meetings are supported. Live transcription handles continuous recording, and the on-device summary handles transcripts up to several hours.

What happens to my audio after the meeting?

By default, MeetingMind deletes audio files after the summary is generated. You can change this in Settings → Audio → Retention if you want to keep recordings.

How do speakers get attributed?

You add attendees before the meeting; MeetingMind attributes decisions and action items to the right person automatically. You can correct any attribution after the fact in the notes editor.

Can I edit the notes after the AI generates them?

Yes. Every section in the notes editor is editable inline — summary, decisions, action items, open questions, key quotes, and the full transcript.

Does MeetingMind support languages other than English?

Currently MeetingMind transcribes in your iPhone's primary speech-recognition language. The AI summary follows the language of the transcript.

How do I delete my data?

Open the meeting in MeetingMind and tap Delete from the menu, or uninstall the app to remove everything. There's no centralised data — nothing leaves your device.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open MeetingMind, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchase. Apple verifies your purchase via your Apple ID.
