1. Summary in plain English

MeetingMind makes zero network calls. The app ships entirely inside the App Store download — no cloud, no account, no telemetry, no analytics, no advertising. After install, MeetingMind works fully offline. Forever.

2. Who We Are

MeetingMind is published by Blue Flame Games (operated by Alex Ghita), who acts as the data controller for the purposes of applicable data protection law.

3. Data MeetingMind Collects

None. MeetingMind does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on any server.

4. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data lives only on your iPhone (and, if you use it, your paired Apple Watch). It is never uploaded:

• Audio recordings of your meetings
• Transcripts produced by Apple's on-device speech recognition
• AI-generated summaries, decisions, action items, key quotes, and chat history
• Attendee names you enter
• App preferences (audio retention policy, default meeting type, theme)

5. Network Activity

MeetingMind makes zero network requests. Everything the app needs ships inside the App Store download itself, so there is no first-launch fetch and no per-meeting traffic. You can verify this using iOS Privacy Reports.

You can use MeetingMind on a plane, in a basement, in a vault — anywhere without service — and every feature works exactly the same.

6. Permissions MeetingMind Requests

• Microphone — required to record meetings. Audio never leaves your device.
• Speech Recognition — required for live transcription. MeetingMind explicitly disables cloud recognition; transcription only runs on-device.
• Reminders/Calendar — only used when you tap "Add to Calendar" on an action item. Not requested otherwise.

7. Audio Retention

By default, audio files are deleted after the AI summary is generated. You can change this in Settings to keep audio files or to be asked each time. Audio files exist only on your device.

8. Children's Privacy

MeetingMind is not designed for use by children under 13. The app does not collect any data, so there is no children's data to protect on a server — but the app is not marketed to or appropriate for children.

9. Third-Party Services

• Apple Inc. — App Store distribution, in-app purchase processing, on-device speech recognition, ActivityKit, EventKit, WatchConnectivity. Apple's standard privacy practices apply to App Store transactions.

MeetingMind does not include any analytics provider or telemetry library, and contacts no third-party hosting service at any point.

10. Your Rights

Because MeetingMind does not collect any personal data, there is no centralised data to access, correct, delete, or port. To remove all MeetingMind data, simply uninstall the app — everything is removed with it.

11. Security

All meeting data is stored in iOS Data-Protection-encrypted storage tied to your device passcode. Audio, transcripts, and notes are protected by iOS Data Protection.

12. International Transfers

Because no data is uploaded and the app makes no network requests, there is no international transfer of your meeting content.

13. Changes

If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date and provide in-app notice where appropriate.
